
Website Administration Login Procedures
These procedures are only required for customers who have an administration facility built in to their website.
Follow these simple instructions to gain access to the administration area of your website.
Step 1: Navigate to your website through your Internet browser and click on the link at the bottom of the home page that says “Log in”. Or, if we have supplied you with an alternate Customer Website Administration Server URL (i.e. http://100a.co.uk) skip this step and proceed to step 2!

Step 2: Enter the server login credentials which we provided to you in the pop up window. Please note: The server login credentials are case sensitive, you cannot change these credentials. If you are using Firefox as your Internet browser this step will come after step 3.

Step 3: Enter your administration website login credentials which we provided to you in to the fields on the page. Please note: The administration password can be changed if you would prefer to use your own password by visiting the “Users” tab once you are in the administration page. These credentials are case sensitive.

Notes: If you are asked if you would like to “Remember” any of the login credentials such as the tick box in the above screen capture it would be worth doing so as it will mean you won’t need to type in the details in the future.
