Why Is My Website Not Loading?
If your website is not loading up in your browser or you can’t access it 99% of the time it’s because of your Internet connection or the “caching” (your ISP has saved old versions of your website on their servers).
The first thing to do is to confirm if it’s our servers that are the cause. To do this simple visit Down for everyone or just me? and type in your website URL (i.e. www.mywebsite.com) in to the field provided then click “or just me“.
If you are presented with a message saying something like “It’s just you“, then you know that everyone else in the world can see your website apart from you! In this case you will probably need to wait a few hours or may a day until your ISP fixes things.
If however you get a message saying something like “It’s not just you“, please contact us so we can investigate the problem.
